Job description:
We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant – Computer Vision Engineer to join our R&D department. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing computer vision algorithms, developing prototypes, and supporting the team in building AI solutions for real-world applications. This position is also well-suited for current Master's students looking to gain hands-on research and development experience alongside their studies.
What you'll do:
- •Design, implement, and evaluate computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition.
- •Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate ideas.
- •Optimize models for accuracy, robustness, and inference speed.
- •Collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate solutions into larger systems.
- •Document code, experiments, and results in a clear and reproducible manner.
What We're Looking For
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- •Open to current Master's students with relevant coursework and research interest.
- •Solid understanding of computer vision and deep learning concepts.
- •Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- •Familiarity with supporting frameworks such as OpenCV, scikit-learn, ONNX, or TFLite.
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
